Day by Day
Day 1
Drive Islamabad to Chilas via Babusar Top in season, or the Karakoram Highway.
Day 2
Continue to Minapin in Nagar, stopping where the Karakoram, Himalaya and Hindu Kush ranges meet.
Day 3
Trek from Minapin through apricot orchards and pine forest to Hapakun.
Day 4
Climb to Tagaphari meadow, Rakaposhi Base Camp. Afternoon by the Minapin Glacier.
Day 5
Sunrise on Rakaposhi and a ridge viewpoint walk. Descend to Minapin.
Day 6
Drive to Chilas or Naran.
Day 7
Return to Islamabad.
