This website is published by XPITUDE, a licensed tour operator in Gilgit-Baltistan, with its office at 336 G3 Johar Town, Floor 1, Lahore, Pakistan. By using it you agree to these terms. The information on it is general guidance for planning a journey and may change without notice.
Bookings and enquiries
- Sending an enquiry does not create a booking or an obligation on either side.
- Prices shown as "from" are guide prices per person. The price of your trip is confirmed in a written proposal.
- A booking is made only when you accept a written proposal from us and we confirm it.
Payments and deposits
A deposit is usually needed to confirm a booking, with the balance due before the trip starts. The amounts, due dates and payment methods for your trip are set out in your proposal and booking confirmation.
Cancellations and changes
If you need to cancel or change a booking, tell us in writing as soon as possible. The cancellation charges that apply depend on the trip and how close to departure you cancel, and are set out in your booking confirmation. If we have to change or cancel a trip, we will tell you as soon as we can and offer an alternative or a refund of what you paid us for the parts that do not go ahead.
Weather, flights and safety
Travel in the mountains of Pakistan depends on weather and on things outside our control. Flights to Skardu and Gilgit are often delayed or cancelled in bad weather, roads can close because of landslides or snow, and itineraries may change for safety reasons or government instructions. Our guides may change the route or the plan when they judge it safer. We will always try to find the best alternative, but we are not responsible for extra costs caused by events outside our control.
Traveller responsibilities and fitness
- Choose a trip that suits your fitness and experience, and tell us about any medical condition that could affect you on the trip.
- Have a valid passport, visa and travel insurance that covers the activities and altitudes of your trip.
- Follow the instructions of your guide and respect local laws and customs.
Intellectual property
The text, photographs and design of this website belong to XPITUDE or are used with permission, and may not be copied or reused without our written consent.
Limitation of liability
We take care to keep this website accurate, but we do not guarantee that it is complete or free of errors. As far as the law allows, XPITUDE is not liable for any loss caused by relying on the information on this website. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan, and any dispute is subject to the courts of Pakistan.
